The childhood stage
The childhood stage is the ideal time to identify if a child has any type of special educational need (SEN). It is the moment when their cognitive, psychomotor, and social development begins.
From the educational field, we can detect any alteration in development, as all of our staff is specialized, which will contribute to taking preventive actions. From the educational perspective, we will monitor each student to detect possible alterations through assessments, meetings with families, and daily activities.
In case any disruption in the normal course of development is detected, we will inform the families so that the child can be evaluated by their pediatrician. If necessary, we will refer them to an Early Intervention Center, and the school will work in collaboration with them, as we have several team members specialized in the MASTER’S IN EARLY STIMULATION.
